Four hours of the crew’s time: loading, the drive between stops and unloading. Stops within 20 miles of each other usually fit in four hours.
By the distance between pickup and drop-off: within 30 miles is a 6-hour job, within 40 miles is 8 hours. Farther than that, our office quotes it with you.
Extra time is billed at the same hourly rate. If you know it’s a bigger job, add extra hours to the estimate.
