Can you print our filing downtown instead of picking it up? ▼
Yes, and for many firms it is the cheaper way. Send the file, tell us how many copies and how they should be bound, and we print it near the courthouse and deliver it. Nobody has to drive a stack of paper in from the suburbs.
I work from home in the suburbs. Can you pick up there? ▼
Yes. Our drivers are in the suburbs every weekday. We pick up at your home, your local office or a print shop near you, and get it downtown the same day. Streak: one to two hours or less, order to delivery. Priority: two to three hours or less, order to delivery.
Can a courier handle trial boxes and deposition days? ▼
Yes. Binders and exhibits to the courtroom in the morning, more boxes at midday, everything back to the office at the end of the day. Cargo vans for boxed exhibits, cars and bikes for a single binder. We also bring lunch and supplies to the deposition room.
Is a legal courier bonded and insured? ▼
Yes. Every Comet shipment is automatically bonded and insured for $50. Additional declared-value insurance is available at $2.50 per $100 of value, requested at the time the order is placed. For a high-value original, declare the value when you book so the right coverage is in place.
