Next business day by 5 PM, or same day if you order by noon. Photos from public areas only, nothing sneaky.

A short dated report — what you asked, what we found, what we couldn’t confirm — with the photos. Account clients are billed to their account; card customers are charged only after the visit.

Questions

What’s in the report?

What you asked, what we found for each item, the date and time of the visit, and anything else worth knowing — plus the photos. If we couldn’t confirm something, the report says so plainly instead of guessing.

How fast?

Next business day by 5 PM, or the same day if you order by noon on a weekday (+$35). Weekend checks are possible by phone at our weekend rate.

What won’t you do?

We stay on public ground: no trespassing, no pretending to be anyone, no serving papers, no following or investigating people. On a walk-in check we ask staff one simple question, such as whether this is the business you named.

How far will you go?

Anywhere it makes financial sense for you. Inside 60 miles of our office the price is flat. Beyond that we add the trip at our standard delivery rates and show you the total before you order.

How do I pay?

Comet account clients are billed on their regular invoice. Everyone else pays by card: we place a hold when you order and charge it only after the visit.
