What does it cost?

The regular Streak price between your home and where it’s going. No extra charge.

Who hands it to the driver?

Anyone you name: your doorman, front desk, spouse or nanny. Tell us their name when you book.

Can you bring it to the airport?

Yes, to O’Hare or Midway. Tell us the terminal and a phone number to meet you.

Is it covered if it’s valuable?

The first $50 is included. For laptops and other valuables, add declared-value coverage at $3.50 per $100.
