About Desk
Needs you is only what a dispatcher has to act on: callers holding, late orders, call-backs, messages, customer replies, uncovered orders and flags. Good to know is quiet. Transfers leave by themselves after 15 minutes, watchdog alerts after 20. Owner reports and system notices never come here. Account lookups and order entry stay in Xcelerator and the Dispatch page.
